  • Our secretary/receptionist can serve as a member of your business team by providing telephone and scheduling services as explained below.
  • State of the art phone system allows for several options here:
    • No Cost: Direct ring at tenant phone only. If second call comes in, there will be a courtesy beep with a caller ID blinking. Tenant can put first call on hold and take second call. If tenant doesn’t want second call, it will be answered by their voice mail.
    • $50 PER MONTH: Call comes directly to tenant phone, rings four times and then forwards to operator. Operator answers as name of tenant business and can put the call on hold or into tenant voice mail, depending on status given by tenant.
    • $100 PER MONTH: Call rings first at operator phone. Operator answers as name of tenant business and will forward call to tenant as directed by tenant status (in, out, or on phone/do not disturb).
  • Traditional secretarial services are also available at $25 per hour.
  • Office furniture available upon request. Prices negotiable.
  • Private fax connection available in your suite via an analog connection. A telephone line charge will apply.
  • Interactive voice mail which allows you to manage your voice mail messages along with your internal and external e-mail messages on your computer using Microsoft Outlook. Initial license is $100. Monthly fee is $25. Requires connection to our secure computer network (no additional cost except connection fee,)
  • Scheduling of your appointments by our secretary/receptionist using Microsoft Outlook. Requires connection to our secure computer network and your ownership of Microsoft Outlook. $25 per month plus a connection fee.
  • High speed internet connection using either wireless or hard line connections. Costs vary depending upon service selected.
  • Outgoing mail services such as regular, registered or certified mail, FedEx or UPS at cost.
  • Use of high speed copy/scanner/laser printer and fax machines, both black & white or color, at a per page charge. Copy, scanning or laser printer costs are $.15 per page for black and white and $.50 per page for color. Fax costs are $.25 per page.
  • Vending machines with various drinks and snacks.
  • Secure storage cabinets consisting of a locking upper cabinet and a four drawer locking legal size file cabinet below. Cost is $25 per month.
